We want this to be a place to share information with and find others with common interests who also use Sprint Nextel Direct-Connect services. In other words, we want this to be a community where new friends are welcome and we all can expand our contact base and increase our knowledge.

Our idea for this board is to make it a place where we can find other persons using Sprint Nextel's walkie-talkie services to stay in touch. We want this to be fun and educational. When you discover other users with common interests, you can intiate contact with that person or persons, and arrange Direct-Connect conversation times, setup Group Connect lists, etc. We want this board to be the meeting ground, with each member controlling his or her own contact list.

If you are new to the Direct-Connect world, you should be able to find experienced Direct-Connectors who are happy to help you test your new devices, solve problems, and learn about their phones. If you are "an old hand," we hope you can meet new friends and share information, interests, and hobbies with them. It is a good place to show your knowledge by helping less experienced persons with their devices.
